My Words About. . .

My life on the small farm and at the one-room school was wonderful. There were plenty of fun things to do and if you could not find something then you used your imagination and created a fun project. 
I don't ever remember sitting on the couch and saying, "I'm bored." We spent every waking moment we could out in our own little world. Our parents did not have to entertain us with movies and television. They did not have to buy expensive toys to entertain us.
